Unlock feature

Hi. It would be great if ring can add an unlock feature to the doorbell app, and also create a plug in dry contact relay (similar to the plug in chime) to allow us to create a system where one can tie in an electric door latch/strike or a gate motor to the doorbell.This would blow many competitors out of the water as the ring app is miles and miles ahead of other doorbells/intercoms but is just lacking that one important feature.
