Support linking path lights with 3rd party lighting

I have setup and sync'ed four path lights with a single bridge unit. I would love to be able to have a motion event on any of these path lights also trigger a 3rd party smart switch to turn on my front porch light. I understand that this is probably possible if I use a Ring Alarm hub, but that also means subscribing to the alarm system's monthly plan. So not only does the hardware cost to achieve this functionality feel pretty steep, but the monthly cost is also too much. Most of the alarm services are not things I'm not interested in paying for right now. It would be great if the bridge unit I already have (or a newer upgraded version) could support this simple communication.
