Sleep mode
troubleshooting

I have the Ring app on several computers. Two desktops, two iPhones and two iPads. When for example the gardener comes I wish to go into sleep mode. Do I have to go to all my devices to select sleep mode? A lot of work!

    Hi @mwfast. Yes, Motion and Global Snooze only silences the alerts for the device it was enabled on. If you're using the Ring app on multiple devices, you would need to enable Global Snooze on each device. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
