It is important for me to know when my wi-fi is down since all the Ring devices are inoperable, which compromises my home security. The outage records and frequency would help me to get my wi-fi service improved to prevent future security lapses. Ring should send me a text message after a the wi-fi is restored from an outage to let me know how long my ring devices were inoperable from the wi-fi outage.
