New Category in Neighborhood Feed

We are inundated by those people who constantly post about a package being delivered to the wrong address and is looking for whoever may have received it. Sadly it's categorized as Community Engagement, which I'd prefer not to uncheck to receive notifications for in my feed. I'm suggesting Ring create a new category for MIS-DELIVERED MAIL, so those of us who don't care to be constantly bothered by this nonsense would have the ability to deselect that category in our feed... Doing so as it's set up now would ignore actual community engagement. It has become quite ridiculous unfortunately. Not to mention these folks are already getting refunded from whatever company they ordered from (rightfully so) and are hoping they're able to also get the item back as well.
