Need setting to disable blue light and tip-over

Just set up my indoor cams but would like a way to disable the blue light that comes on with motion. This should be a setting! Also; it needs a heavier base as it is so light that the cord causes it to fall over easy. I am not going to screw or affix it to a counter or furniture. My Nest cams were heavier and didn’t have this issue!
