Motion Warning for battery operated devices

As the subject says... And I don't accept that it will impact battery life. That is the user's choice. Many other features impact battery life and we are warned when enabling them. Specifically for me anyway, Stick Up Cams and Video Doorbells should have this feature enabled. Motion Warning must be schedulable too, but that is already a feature request topic. Thanks. Mike
