Motion alerts having day and time criteria

There is an opportunity / need to enable motion and other alerts based upon the time of day, rather than simply on or off, within the alarm motion sensor and door contact sensors. As an example I have a sensor on the landing and other smart alarm systems have either natively or via SmartThings allowed push notification set up between two times and as such, if any one of my children are detected on the landing between 8pm and 8am I get a motion alert. There are many similar use cases and I am surprised to find something so trial absent from the ring app.
