Doorbell footage error?

Hi all, When going back through my notifications of movement and rings some of the footage is just like a grey screen which kind of looks like there is a camera issue? Not all captured footage is like this but it's an issue I really do need resolving as its meaning I cant actually see who's been at my door. I have only had my doorbell a few months, if that. Any advice is appreciated!

In the future, I recommend creating troubleshooting posts in the category related to your device, such as the Video Doorbells board. Regarding the issue you're experiencing, it would be helpful if you could share an example of the grey screen. Additionally, which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
