Dawn to Dusk

There is a dusk to dawn feature but dawn to dusk is not available for keeping the lights off during the day. Since there are issues with lights coming on when it's still daylight this is pretty necessary. If you offer the ability to create a stay off schedule then this should have been added at the same time. This should be added to all lights including step lights which also need a Stay Off schedule option.
