Here is a thought. You can now use Zedge to customize the alert sound you receive in the app on your smart device.
Why not bring that same feature to your Chimes? Allow the user to customize the sounds/tones that come from the chime for motion and doorbell ring. If the sound is used for notification on the app, it can be used for the chime sound.
