Black bar in the way!

Could Ring please reduce the size of the black bar at the bottom of the recordings? The bar is too large and takes 1/3 of my viewing area away. When my doorbell goes off and then I watch the recordings I can see only a few things in the lower third of my screen. So whatever is setting it off cannot be seen. Usually is a stray dog but a person could crouch down below the Ring doorbell and me not see them and then I open the door. I am disabled and could be hurt. Even if it only appeared at the end or you put a button off to the side to open the black bar when wanted would work. Thanks!
