Availability of Flood and Freeze Sensor in the EU

Hi Ring Team and Community, I recently purchased the Ring Alarm system and have been happy with its functionality. However, I later discovered that the Flood and Freeze Sensor, which is very important to me (as water damage is one of the most common and costly household issues), is not available in the EU due to the different Zigbee frequency. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way when I ordered US sensors, only to find out that they couldn’t pair with my system. This has been a frustrating experience, as I was counting on having this critical protection as part of my Ring ecosystem. Could you please provide an update on whether and when the Flood and Freeze Sensor will be available for the EU market? I really don’t want to invest in another platform just to monitor for floods, as I already have enough home hubs, apps, and devices to manage. I’d appreciate any insight you can provide, as this feature is crucial to me. Thank you! Vit
