Apple CarPlay notifications

The Ring Security System app allows iPhone users to access, monitor, and control their in-home security system. The one huge flaw with all of the iPhone and Ring is that when my iPhone connects to CarPlay, I get ZERO notifications or alerts about my home’s security. My house could be on fire, being broken into, a burglar casing my property, or even a package left at the door being stolen by a porch-pirate, and I will receive ZERO alerts because I am driving my car with CarPlay. This is a huge safety issue that places a significant liability on Ring and Apple for locking users out of receiving safety and security alerts from the Ring Security system App. Apple must allow CarPlay to display Ring Alarm and Security notifications when a iPhone is connected to CarPlay.
