Annoying "Premium Plan" Orange Pop Up Banner

Someone at Ring must have decided to add an orange pop up banner trying to push people to upgrade to the Premium Plan. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING AND A TERRIBLE IDEA. I contacted customer support and they said that would pass my "feedback" back to Ring. Totally unacceptable. I have used Ring products for years and never had anything so annoying. Remove the pop up immediately or be prepared to lose MANY customers. Terrible job, Ring.

I'm dealing with the same issue. Annoying. The upsell started for me when I added in new cameras. I immediately reached out to support - and they told me that after the 30 days of "Complimentary Premium" the orange nag box would disappear. After waiting for those 30 days - the box has turned to "Want to resume premium features? Learn how".Support indicated they can't fix it - and now says the reason is because I'm 3 months out before my 1st Gen Protect Plan expires - and will be moved to the double the cost service plan. So, apparently, I'll be haunted by this nag screen for 3 more months.... I have 0 confidence that it will actually be resolved then.
