All Ring Recorded Videos have a UTC Time Stamp
Hello: I had a recent attempted break in on June 20th. Videos of the suspect at my Front Door are now inadmissible, due to the time stamp being 7 hours ahead. I have read some of the "so called" solutions. They are total nonsense. My location and time zone are correct, as well as my phone settings. I went back a bit, and they are all set at the UTC Time Zone. I have not touched any settings, so I assume one of the previous upgrades caused this issue. Does anyone have a solution that makes sense? Ring is really sliding, since Amazon purchased the Company. Thanks in advance. All the best.

For the last 2 years, my timestamp matched the actual time in my time zone. 4 days ago, my recorded videos suddenly started showing time stamps 4 hours LATER than actual time here in FL. I have tried every " solution" - is anyone at RING looking into this?

When reviewing my Ring video recordings, the time is UTC. This has never been the case until recently. My Android and Ring app are all up-to-date and the Ring equipment was purchased new about six months ago. Count me in another person with the UTC video recording timestamp and following!

I'm following this. Mine has recently done the same thing. Time stamp on video is 5 hours off. Only the video is off the banner listing of history has correct time on it.
