with the ring app on "HOME" everything works but doesn't ring my phone ???

and when " away" still doesn't ring my phone ??

Ok i got it to alert my phone but only when the phone the phone screen is lite but when the phone screen is at sleep it doesn't alert me ..,,what do i do now?

J@user67890. I recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of your phone for support with alert settings on your phone.
