No QR code to set up existing camera, lights that were already installed in my home i purchased

I recently purchased a home with 3 camera, lights that i need to set up.  There are no bar codes or model numbers on the 3 cameras already installled.  The original owners have moved and i do not have access to them.  How do i set up these 3 cameras, lights if i do not have QR code.  Can customer service look up my address and give me new QR codes to set up these devices?  Each device is $250 per unit at Home Depot.
