No alerts on Amazon Echo from Doorbell

Rssi is 50 and its mounted at front door and its been their for a year the router is in the front room never had any problems with it before the ring app is upto date and running the newest version i am getting alerts to phone but not to my amazon echo devices account is linked properly with amazon. The alerts are turned on in the app everything has been reset including the router app and door bell.

Hi @Thurlby12. I would try disabling the Ring skill in the Alexa app, the reenabling it. This should allow your alerts to be heard through your Amazon Echo. Let me know if this helps.
