New phone devices missing
troubleshooting
I got a new phone and when I logged into my ring account. None of my devices show up and I don't know how to get them back. I rebooted everything and nothing worked.

Hi @user_4c878d. The most common reason this happens is because of logging into the wrong account. I recommend trying to figure out what email you used to originally set up your Ring Devices and log into that account.
