Amazon Alexa + Ring
Long awaited Homekit compatibility
I am one of your first client at the very beginning. I have now four devices. One of the reason of my purchases was the promise of Homekit compatibility. Today, I can see that it is now compatible with Alexa. But…not Homekit. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

It has been promised for years…but instead they just continue to raise prices without adding a top feature request. Time to take my (our) business elsewhere.

Sadly, after being a customer since day one, with the promise of HomeKit interrogation, I hung in there, and stupidly added another property to the ring system, now, its beyond worth waiting for - for me, I have 2 doorbells and 15 cameras over 2 properties and 2 ring alarms… and as of today im moving it all. such a let down. I get everyone is competing with everyone, but c’mon. i’m paying for the service anyway, let us use HomeKit also. probably heading to Eufy, but I wont be selling these cameras, im not going to let you get more money from another subscription for such disappointment.
