Echo devices no longer ringing

I’ve had my Ring doorbell connected to multiple Echo devices (Echo Show, Dots, Fire TVs… 12 devices in total) for a few years without issue. Recently (maybe the last few weeks), none of the these devices ring when the doorbell button is depressed. My phone rings. All 12 devices are listed as “Announcement devices” in the Alexa app I can use features like Live view from my Echo Show. I’ve tried removing and re-adding the devices under the “Announcement Devices”, but it’s still not working. Any ideas?
