Deleted Files

I received an email today saying my account had been cancelled with no prior notification and to resubscribe. I resubscribed. When I went on the app I found my videos from last week and this morning had been deleted. I called Ring support. The First Lady didn't understand English. Her supervisor told me the files could not be recovered. Thanks Ring for your crappy customer support. You only care about money not your customers.
