Cannot access Ring camera via "neighbor invite"
I sent my brother-in-law an "invite your neighbor" link so that he can help us monitor my mom to make sure she takes her meds and feeds her dog, every morning.He said he followed the instructions but whatever he got access to, is not my mom's. It asked what location/city the Ring was located, so he entered "Rockwood", as that's the city she lives in. So, instead of "mom's house" account he has a "Rockwood" account.Is there any way he can get live help to walk him through this? Should I have given him access a different way?

Hi @user_453b8d. If you are the owner of the Cameras you are trying to share, you will add others as Shared Users. This Help Center page will provide you with the steps to add someone as a Shared User and explain how the Shared User will accept the invitation.
