Amazon Alexa + Ring
Alexa No Longer Remembers Most-Recent Ring Recording
I have the Ring 3 doorbell, and I use Amazon Alexa to view front-door activities, by means of my Echo Show. When the doorbell button is pressed, the front-door image appears on the Echo Show. I can also ask Alexa to show me the front-door image. Until recently, I could ask Alexa to show me the most-recent activity at the front door. In recent days, however, Alexa will no longer show me the most-recent activity. When I make that request, Alexa says "Searching clips from front door." Then she says "the recording has removed." If I check in the Ring App (on my phone), I can clearly see that the recording has NOT been removed from the Ring App. This problem has been going on for several days. A search of the internet revealed one other person reporting this same issue in the same time frame. No solution was mentioned. Although this problem seems to be with Alexa, I thought I'd ask this Ring forum for help, in case anyone here has seen this problem and has a solution.

Alexa today is saying "Sorry something went wrong". Did you ever find a solution or check if your device is stating something different from the other day?
