Mode Settings confirmed as follows…

Disarmed:

• Unlocking will disarm

Away:

• Access code will arm Away
• One touch will arm Away

The settings are correct. The Ring app on my phone operates the lock. However, the automatic arming and disarming only half works. Using the keypad to lock “arms” the alarm. Unlocking does NOT disarm! This is unfortunate if I ask someone to enter my house while I am away.

Any ideas or process I can use to debug.
