Wired doorbell not sounding

Can anyone help please? I have a wired in ring doorbell pro that has decided to stop sounding when pressed. The light around the button spins blue. Does anyone know why this is? Thank you 😊

Hi @user1135. Have you adjusted the ringer volume? This is in the Ring app under the Device Settings menu > General Settings menu.
