Can one point verbally confirmed by Ring support UK but an authorised installer disagreed with please?
I have a wired ADT system with wired sensors - would like to use these existing panels. Was told by Ring support that if I change the panel it would be fine.
However an authorised installer told me this is not correct and the wired sensors I already have would be redundant.
Can the position be clarified for me please?

Hi @Mr_Ring1. Apologies for any miscommunication here, but the Ring Alarm Security system is not compatible with third-party sensors, wired or wireless. The only exception is the Retrofit Alarm Kit, which allows you to use existing wired sensor zones if they are compatible. However, the Retrofit Alarm Kit is currently only available in the United States. I hope this helps clear things up.
