Urmet 1130/16 permanent door open issue

I purchased the Ring Intercom two weeks ago and installed successfully it following the instructions.
From today suddenly the entrance door is always armed.
I checked the connections and they are all correct.
I also reset the device, but nothing.

I had to remove the cable connected to port 9.

Has anyone had a similar problem and has it been resolved?
