We have recently set up a ring doorbell and alarm system (including security cameras) within the app, the time shown on all of the devices is incorrect but I cannot find a way to change it.
Can anyone advise please?
Eg, delivery driver came at approx 13.30, ring shows motion at 07.30. It appears like it’s 6 hours behind.

Verify your Ring app and and phone are up-to-date with latest updates

Disable any active VPNs on your phone.
