Subscription

I would like to set up a plan for my new camera, which has been up 2 months, however, I already have a recording plan for another camera which I have had replaced, as it wasn’t working. How do you transfer this present plan to the new camera, as I’ve been paying for old one for some time now and Ring are asking me to pay for an additional camera. Thanks

Good question @ShaunNewton! The best first step here would be to check your locations in the Ring app, to ensure any old or unused locations are not saved or selected. Next, visit Ring.com/account and select the “my plan” option in your account options. This should allow you to subscribe and change plan options.
