Strobing Ring Floodlight Cam

Hello all,

One of our Ring Floodlight cams just started strobing/flashing in a manner that can best be described as ‘violently’.

I’ve noticed this seems to be a known problem but I haven’t been able to resolve this myself.

Any ideas warmly welcome! (I can’t see how to log a support ticket with Ring anywhere - they want a phone call for some reason!).
