Security system connection

Our security system constantly notifies us that it is running on cellular back up. Within seconds sometimes we will get a notification that the WiFi connection was restored. This is constantly happening all day and night. What do we need to do to stop this? Other devices are connected to WiFi at the time and working just fine.

Hi @mere8954. How close is your Base Station located to the router? Are there any walls or other possible sources of interference between the Base Station and the router? You might want to reach out to our support team directly for this matter so they can help you troubleshoot the connection to your Base Station without messing anything up.
