Why has no sound for all videos in history recently and live video as well . I already turn on the volume from my phone, turn on audio streaming from Recording from Privacy setting and Volume setting as well.

Hi @user81298. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. I would also recommend trying the following steps:

  • Reboot your Camersa using the Ring app.

  • Power cycle your Camera by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in.

  • Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
