I have a Ritto 1763040 intercom (7630/x0) and while people get clear audio at the entrance, I cannot hear them speak through the ring app.
I used the “B” wires and connected B1 with a and B2 with b as instructed and people can hear me clearly when I use the headset. Is this a hardware or a software problem ?
