Hi, my outdoor Ring siren is showing ‘finish setup’ in the app, even though the device is setup and working, is this normal?
No other device shows this when i click on them. Any help appreciated.
What happens when you click on Finish Setup?
It goes through the whole set up all over again. Everything is working so I don’t get it. Should I reconnect the siren again maybe?
You could try removing it from your account first and then setup again.
