Hi everyone,
Just got a Ring alarm and installation went smoothly except for the outdoor siren.
It works and signal is good, however, even if it has clicked in the bracket, there is a little gap at the top right and it’s not properly closed. Not sure if it is ok to leave it as it is. Any idea?
Hi @sguancy86. I would recommend also sharing a picture of the gap you are seeing in order for me or other neighbors to assist.

Hi @user81041. Yes, any important components on the Outdoor Siren are behind rubber seals for protection from water and the elements. You’re good to go!
