My siren is showing as being tampered on the app, but is not tampered, how do I remove the tamper flag?

Hi @Joolsleeds. The Tampered alert indicates that the cover is not fully snapped into place. i’d recommend removing the cover and ensuring it is firmly snapped into place. if the Tampered alert doesn’t go away, it’s possible the siren is not communicated with the Base Station. You may need to try moving the Base Station closer to where the siren is installed.
