Hi Mark, thank you for your response. Would you be so kind to loop back to me on what the response is from your team regarding this requested feature to allow calendar start dates/time and termination calendar dates/time. So many competing security products have this feature. I see from previous reviews and feedback; this has been requested going back several years. I would hate to have to leave Ring as a platform customer, however may need to do so. Please let me know the response. I am hopeful this feature can be added soon.

Hi @Randy.D. Your question seems related to this request from our Feature Request board, asking to have a specific date and time added to the Guest User Scheduling feature. At this time, you cannot schedule specific dates for Guest User access, only certain days of the week and what times during those days. You’re welcome to add your feedback to that request, as we use the Feature Request board to gather and share suggestions with our teams here.
