I disabled a broken camera and now want to remove it from showing in the app. How do I do that?
Hi @user092151. To remove a device, tap the menu in the top left of the Ring app > Devices > the device you want to remove > Device Settings > General Settings and tap Remove Device. That will remove the Camera from your Ring account and it will no longer show in the Ring app. I hope this helps!
