ChimePro stopped working. Power outlet is good. I hear the recorded instructions via the speaker on the ChimePro. The blue ring doesn’t glow after pressing button on side. Yet I hear the voice updating status.

To perform a complete factory reset of the Chime Pro or Chime Pro 2nd Generation, you want to make sure you are holding the reset button on the right side of the device for a full 25 seconds. If you hear the Chime Pro stating it is in set up mode regardless of the blue light not turning on, I would attempt a reconnection process to see if it comes back online. Follow theses steps to do a reconnection of your chime pro:
- Tap on the three lines on the top left
- Tap Devices
- Select your chime pro
- Tap on Device Health
- Tap on Reconnect to Wifi or Change Wifi Network
