PATHLIGHT / battery (*new). won’t connect / any suggestions?
Hi @Sprr1947. If your Pathlight is not connecting to your Ring Bridge, try the following steps:
Verify you are using a fresh pair of batteries for your Pathlight.
Hold the reset button on the Pathlight for 20–25 seconds.
Bring the Pathlight into the same room as the Ring Bridge.
Power cycle your Ring Bridge by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.

Thanks for the Spot On, advice; Unfortunately, they seem to be defective. I will be doing a replacement order.
