‘No Live View’ ‘low battery error on wired stick up’

Receiving ‘low battery’ message with live view unavailable for ring stick up 3rd gen. Snapshots are functional. Will this be resolved?

Mine is doing the same thing out of the blue, software issue

Same problem - out of the blue, with a full battery, live cam is unavailable with a message, “Live View is disabled because xxx has a low battery.” I’ve reset the device and it’s still dead.

Same with all my stick up wired cameras. They still record events and what not, but no live view. Tried resetting to no avail.
