Recording time, three hours ahead. I’m EST
All of my times on app and phone are correct except the recording time which is 3 hours ahead.
Hi @Mike70. I recommend checking that your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest updates available. Thank you for your great advise but my relative solved the issue. It was a simple resolve that I couldn’t figure out. She simply re-installed my address on my app account and it was fixed.
She said a 3 hour time difference had to be a time zone issue and re-doing my address fixed the problem.
