I moved my indoor chime from one room to another and then back to the original plug, and for some reason it doesn’t ring anymore. If anyone has any advice I’ll be very grateful. Many thanks
Hi @user48127. Check that your Ring Chime is still linked up to your Doorbell. In the Ring app, navigate to the Devices menu > your Chime > Audio Settings > Chime Alerts. I’d also suggest checking the volume slider under Audio Settings > Chime Tones to ensure the volume hasn’t been turned down.
If all the settings appear to be correct but the Chime is still not playing an audible alert for dings or motion, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here for further troubleshooting assistance.
