Missing video history

I have an outdoor camera and my history was set for 120 days. (Now 180 days). I’m looking for footage from the 23rd January 2024. When I check the web and app it says that there is no history available. The 120 days is due to expire on 22nd May.

I know there was footage recorded as I showed a family member. My question is where did it go and can I get access to it?
