Hi, Ring doorbell gen2, chime and no drill mount just arrived. The 3 x 10mm screws in bag ‘B’ are missing. How do I get hold of some?
I was trying to install my mom’s and the screws were missing out of her package as well. I contacted customer support and was told I had to buy them.

Continuing the discussion from Missing screws:
I lost one of my security screws and went to ring.com. In search I typed need replacement security screws and it sent me to site to order them. There was a discount code I could use and they are sending me an entire replacement kit. The kit was $4.99 but with code it was free. I just did this today 12/2/23.
