My reason for buying 2 doorbells was the easy integration with Kisi which I currently use as a smart lock. I have looked everywhere on the app but see no way to integrate the 2 apps
Please provide some guidance for me as I would like to install these asap.
Hi @unadu. The Ring app is not compatible with Kisi and most third-party apps. Some third-party devices can be integrated with Ring and added to the Ring app, which would fall under the Works With Ring category. You’re welcome to add this request to our Feature Request board, where we gather and share your feedback with our teams here.
Prior versions of Ring had an icon on the main answer screen to access the KISI app. I used it for years. Now it does not appear. What’s up?
