troubleshooting

I have been having issues over the last week where the ring 2 doorbell will not let me see live feed. I have reconnected the doorbell several times, have no issues at all with the WiFi (get 400-500mb downloads and 37mb uploads). I even purchased a WiFi extender just for the doorbell which was working until the last few days. I check device health and it says I have good connection with everything online. I am soo connected to the chime (not pro) which also shows good connection etc. Getting fed up with this at the moment. Any ideas?

This is still an issue - the live works for a short period then stops. The camera is working and detects movement but you cannot use the live view

Hi neighbors! Live View concerns can vary in cause as every neighbor's home environment and network is different. For troubleshooting tips and tricks, I'd recommend reviewing our Community Post on Live View [here](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-live-view-not-working-or-connecting-ring-troubleshooting-tips/249). The steps in that post should help you narrow down what is causing the Live View to not work so you can resolve it. I was in the mode to send this back as it was getting quite confusing. Having a full fibre connection and everything with in the home working what could be wrong. So i went back to the bases and check out my settings on my hub. I had already changed it to work with SkyQ, but thought i will see if it works with the ring. And it does. Making the changes with in the hub settings, Type 192.168.1.254 into the address bar, here you can sign into your own hub with the admin password click on Advance Settings -Wireless -Change Settings , Channel needs to be set at 36 or 40, i have mine changed to 40, don't for get to "Save" . Don,t worry as you can change the settings back if it does not work for your ring. Hope this helps.
