Late last year (2021) I easily added a Ring Contact Sensor Ring Contact Sensor to my SmartThings hub. This year I have tried to add two more but they are not pairing. I have tried all kinds of tricks people have suggested but no joy.
Is there a secret? Are they no longer allowed to pair? I do NOT have the Ring Alarm system.

Please reach out to SmartThings for troubleshooting assistance and information on which devices do and don’t work with them.
